Life takes a toll on our bodies and sleep is one important way we restore ourselves so we can get back out there day after day. When we don’t get enough sleep everything suffers — our health, mood, productivity and even our safety. Conversely, when we prioritize on sleep, it can improve every aspect of our lives.
